Building the future of
property compliance.

We're a PropTech company on a mission to eliminate the operational chaos of rent delinquency management — starting with Maryland.

Our Mission

Compliance shouldn't be complicated.

Maryland's rent court process is governed by a complex web of statutory requirements that change frequently. Property managers and operators are expected to navigate these regulations while also running their day-to-day business.

INTELeTech was founded to bridge that gap. We combine deep domain expertise in Maryland housing law with modern software engineering to build tools that make compliance automatic — not aspirational.

Our flagship product, INTELeWorX, handles the full lifecycle of rent delinquency cases — from initial notice generation through court filing and beyond. We automate the tedious, error-prone parts of the process so property teams can focus on what actually matters: their residents and their properties.

Our Values

What drives us.

Compliance First

Every feature we build starts with the legal requirements. We don't cut corners on compliance — it's the foundation of everything we do.

Operator Empathy

We've sat in the property manager's chair. We understand the pressure of managing hundreds of units, tight deadlines, and evolving regulations.

Relentless Automation

If a task is repetitive, rule-based, and high-stakes, it should be automated. We're building toward a zero-manual-intervention rent court process.

Maryland Deep, Then Wide

We're going deep in Maryland before expanding. Every state has unique landlord-tenant law — we'd rather be the best in one state than mediocre in fifty.

By the Numbers

Impact at scale.

70% Reduction in filing prep time
99.8% Deadline compliance rate
10K+ Cases managed annually
24 Maryland counties served
Our Team

The people behind the platform.

INTELeTech was founded by operators, engineers, and company builders who've lived the problems our software solves.
